Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your order
- Returns and Refunds - customers can send the product back along with proof of payment, within 30 days to receive a refund. All products must be in perfect condition.
- Exchanges - customers can send the product back along with proof of payment, within 30 days. All products must be in perfect condition. Once Carina and Alex have received and reviewed it, they will post the new item once confirmed by you the customer.
- If you would like to proceed with a return please contact our support team longlunchlinen@gmail.com and include your order number. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
If there is a fault with or postal damage to your Long Lunch Linen products, please contact us to arrange for an exchange of the identical product or a refund.
You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods, supply photographic evidence of the fault/postal damage and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
We take all measures to ensure the product image is colour matched. Please use this image as a reference only, however, we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers. Exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard terms apply.
Sale Terms & Promocodes

Any other promotions, offers, or discounts cannot be used during a sale period.
Promo codes or promotional codes are offered to provide a sale or discount off the product RRP.
Long Lunch Linen’s terms and conditions apply during promotions.
Promo codes are not applicable to the purchase of gift cards or e-vouchers. Only one promo code can apply per order.
Emails
We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours, during business hours, Monday to Friday. During sale times we may take a little longer to reply as we are a tiny team of two, so please bear with us.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we only collect and keep information that you provide to us that is essential in completing a successful transaction with you.
By placing an order with Long Lunch Linen, you give us the authority to contact you in the future with any promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. However, you will be able to opt-out of this correspondence upon receipt.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, Long Lunch Linen will refund the customer for that item.
Long Lunch Linen offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. However, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently, our delivery times are subject to change. Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy advance payment orders which receive priority.
Pricing policy
Prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted.
Payment
We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Long Lunch Linen product.

Your use of this site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the products and any other items on this site.
All such items including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You are permitted to use the items only as expressly authorized by Long Lunch Linen. Any reproduction or redistribution of the items is prohibited.
Other
By placing an order with Long Lunch Linen, you give us the authority to contact you in the future with any promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. However, you will be able to opt out of this correspondence upon receipt.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers don’t expire, but we encourage you to use them within a reasonable timeframe, the consumer standard being three years. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit and can't be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers are not able to be used in conjunction with Afterpay.
