We may modify the terms and conditions from time to time and without notice. If you do not agree of the terms and conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.

Returns & Refunds

If for some reason you are not happy with your Long Lunch Linen products, please contact Carina and Alex to arrange for a credit or exchange (excluding postage). Return postage costs must be covered by the customer. 

Please note: there are no refunds for change of mind on sale items or promos/promo codes. 

What if I change my mind? Our products must be returned to Alex in Tamworth within 30 days after purchase and in their original condition with tags intact. Postage must be covered by the customer.

Once your items have been checked, you will be offered a credit for the exact amount you paid for the product minus shipping costs. No refunds are given for change of mind on sale items. 

Any other promotions, offers, or discounts cannot be used during a sale period.

PRODUCT FAULT OR POSTAL DAMAGE

If there is a fault with or postal damage to your Long Lunch Linen products, please contact us to arrange for an exchange of the identical product or store credit. Photos must be supplied of the product default in its original packaging within 3 days of receiving the product.

You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 30 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

We take all measures to ensure the product image is colour matched however fabric dye batches and screen calibrations can vary. Please use this image as a reference only. We note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers. Exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

Please note: there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promo codes.

All orders are final. See refunds section.

No changes to orders or combining of separate orders once they have been placed.

Any other promotions, offers, or discounts cannot be used during a sale period.

Promocodes or promotional codes are offered to provide a sale or discount off the product RRP.
Long Lunch Linen’s terms and conditions apply during promotions. 
Promocodes are not applicable to the purchase of gift cards or e-vouchers. Only one promocode can apply per order.

    Celebration Bundles

    Simply select a minimum of any four pairs of napkins (8 in total) and your choice of a Large or an Extra-Large tablecloth and use the code 'BUNDLE' at the checkout to receive $30 off your order. 

     A Gift Voucher can be used towards Celebration Bundles. 

    We can only sell one Celebration Bundle per order. To purchase subsequent bundles please order them separately, each with 4 pairs of napkins and one tablecloth at the discounted rate. 

    All orders over $300 to Australian addresses purchased through longlunchlinen.com.au will receive free standard shipping.  

    Emails

    We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours, during business hours, Monday to Friday. During sale times we may take a little longer to reply as we are a tiny team of two, so please bear with us.

    Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us, and we only collect and keep information that you provide to us that is essential in completing a successful transaction with you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information. 

    Orders

    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, Long Lunch Linen will refund the customer for that item.

    Long Lunch Linen offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. However, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently our delivery times are subject to change. Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy advance payment orders which receive priority.

    Pricing policy

    Prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted.

    Payment

    We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway.

    Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Long Lunch Linen product.

    Shipping

    Please refer to the shipping section on this website for terms and conditions on shipping.

    Intellectual Property

    Your use of this site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the products and any other items on this site.

    All such items including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You are permitted to use the items only as expressly authorized by Long Lunch Linen. Any reproduction or redistribution of the items is prohibited.

    Other

    By placing an order with Long Lunch Linen, you give us the authority to contact you in the future with any promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. However, you will be able to opt out of this correspondence upon receipt.

    Gift Vouchers

    Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years and we encourage you to use them within a reasonable timeframe. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit. Can't be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers are not able to be used in conjunction with Afterpay.

    • The Gift Voucher value will be subtracted from the total order value including GST
    • Can be used multiple times until the total value is redeemed
    • If the value of the Voucher is less than the recipient's total order value, the balance can be paid via credit card
    • Valid for 3 years from purchase date
    • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit

    OEKO-TEX certified

    This certification means that our fabric is tested to make sure no harmful substances are used before it’s sent to us. Our linen is carefully dyed free from harmful chemicals. We prioritise sustainable practices, safeguarding the ecosystem throughout the entire process. By the time our linen reaches your home, you can be confident that it has been produced with unwavering dedication to environmental preservation.

    Authentically FRENCH

    While the flax plant can be grown worldwide, we specifically source ours from Normandy, France. This region offers premium production due to its optimal climatic conditions that enable the cultivation of flax in a natural and ecologically responsible manner, without the need for pesticides or hazardous chemicals. A stamp of approval is sent with every shipment highlighting that our flax is authentically grown in France before being sent to be manufactured.

    RESPOSNIBLY SEWN

    Our linen is certified under the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) which ensures that our products are manufactured under stringent standards for social criteria such as working conditions, pay, health and safety throughout the supply chain.

    The SA8000 Standard is a document that is independently audited in relation to the protection of workers’ rights. By having this certificate, it means that the factory has upheld SA8000 compliance for three years beforehand and continues to do so with regular checks.
