RETURNS & REFUNDS

What if I change my mind? 

Our products must be returned to Alex in Tamworth within 30 days and in their original condition with tags intact. Once your items have been checked, you will be offered a refund for the exact amount you paid, minus the initial shipping (if it wasn't initially eligible for free shipping). Please note: there are no refunds for on-sale items. For all instances of change of mind the customer will cover the postage. 

If there is a fault with or postal damage to your Long Lunch Linen products, please contact us to arrange for an exchange of the identical product or a refund. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods, supply photographic evidence of the fault/postal damage and return goods to us within 14 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in packaging with tags intact. Long Lunch Linen will cover the postage costs. 

We take all measures to ensure the product image is colour-matched. Please use this image as a reference only, however, we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers. Exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard terms apply.

Any other promotions, offers, or discounts cannot be used during a sale period.

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all full-priced tablecloths

After Alex and Carina have done a doe-si-doe to celebrate your order coming through, they'll package it up safely and pop it in the mail via Australia Post. Orders received before 10am between Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following business day. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next business day.  Our tablecloths are shipped from Tamworth NSW so depending on where you are in Australia, the postie will most likely deliver your parcel between 1 - 8 days after it has been submitted to Aus Post.

For orders under $210 we offer Australia-wide postage:

  • Standard Post flat rate of $10.00 (4-8 days via Aus Post)
  • Express Post flat rate of $24.95 (1-4 days via Aus Post). Please note that variances in time will occur due to postage loads however we will endeavour to have your order in the mail as soon as possible. 

We also offer Free local delivery around Tamworth, N.S.W (Town only) and Free collection from East Tamworth. Please select this option at checkout and Alex or Carina will be in touch to organise delivery/collection.

International post

  • International delivery - International shipping (outside of Australia) for orders up to AUD $699 is $80. International shipping (outside of Australia) for orders over $700 is complimentary (standard post). Express is available upon request.
